A recent incident has taken the spotlight in the world of aviation when a US-bound plane took flight from London with four
damaged window panes - two of which were missing! What's weird about this story is the fact that the crew and passengers only noticed the missing windows mid-flight when the plane was at an altitude of 13,000 feet!
According to an investigator from the AAIB (Air Accidents Investigation Branch), "Several passengers recalled that after takeoff, the aircraft cabin seemed noisier and colder than they were used to." Fortunately, the plane landed safely back at London Stansted Airport after 36 minutes of flying.
